PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE TTGP GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Article 1 – General Provisions

and you (“You”, “the User”)

The use of associated services
Updates and features
Customer support

1.3. Acceptance

By using the TTGP game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws.

Article 2 – Services and Features

2.1. Game Description

TTGP is a free mobile lawn mower racing simulation game. The game contains:

No in-app purchases
No violent content
No mandatory advertisements

2.2. Service Modifications

PLETORY reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the game at its discretion, particularly for technical updates or the addition of new features.

Article 3 – Personal Data

To ensure the proper functioning of the game, we collect minimal technical information. We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the operation of the game.

4.1. Responsibility

You are responsible for the username you choose in the game.

4.2. License

By creating a username, you grant PLETORY a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, and royalty-free license to use and display this username within the game.

4.3. Restrictions

Usernames must not:

Violate the law or this Agreement
Harm the rights of third parties
Contain offensive or inappropriate elements

Article 5 – Rules of Conduct

5.1. Prohibited Behaviors

Use malicious software
Harass other users
Cheat or exploit bugs
Engage in unauthorized advertising

5.2. Sanctions

PLETORY may:

Suspend or revoke access to the game
Remove inappropriate content
Take appropriate measures in case of violation

Article 6 – Protection of Minors

6.1. Minimum Age

The game is suitable for users aged 7 and above.

6.2. Parental Consent

For users under 15, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required for the installation and use of the game.

Article 7 – Amendments and Termination
